Shipping & Delivery
Bits4Dirt Motorcycle Accessories uses Australia Post and DHL Express for shipment of all products that we sell. All products are sent by registered post (signature required on delivery). All freight charges including return freight are to be paid by the customer. Orders placed before 3:00pm will usually be sent same business day. Orders placed after 3:00pm will be sent next available business day. Some products may take up to 5 business days to receive if sent via regular post. All freight charges are calculated by actual weight. Bits4Dirt shall not be responsible for damages or delays resulting from Acts of God. Bits4Dirt will arrange payment for shipping with the carrier, such costs are the responsibility of the customer. Risk of loss is upon the customer once Bits4Dirt delivers the product to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates only and Bits4Dirt shall not be liable for delays.
Returns & Replacements
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused products within 30 days of delivery, for an exchange or refund of the price of the products. Please note: Customers will be responsible for all postage costs incurred with returning any items for exchange or warranty. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee. We do NOT offer a refund or exhchange of products if you simply change your mind, make a wrong decision or order a product that is not suited to your make and model as parts are clearly marked what models they fit. The product must be accompanied with the original receipt, be unused, in its complete and original packaging and must NOT be: Damaged or a Special order item. A Special order item is any item that is not in stock and or has to be shipped from overseas. If product(s) are being returned for warranty purposes it is up to the manufacturer to approve this return and Bits4Dirt Motorcycle Accessories will not be held accountable due to manufacturer faults. Bits4Dirt Motorcycle Accessories must be contacted before any products are to be returned.
Although product availability may be indicated on this site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any order If for any reason the product(s) are no longer available. Customers will be notified via Email if any product(s) are no longer available and receive a full refund of the total amount or a store credit. Some product(s) may have to be shipped from our international supplier and can take up to 1 week to receive.
Most products placed on backorder will arrive at our warehouse within 1-2 business days (if supplier has stock) and will be shipped same or next business day. You will be notified via email if your order will not be shipped within this time frame.
